The Arun East u3a membership year starts on 1st June. Renewal applications are invited from 7th April.
Membership subscriptions for 2026/27 are:
£11 – Individual: Full Member of Arun East u3a
£15 – Individual with Mag: Full Member of Arun East u3a with subscription to u3a Matters magazine
£7 – Associate: You are a current Full member of another u3a (You obtain u3a Matters from your parent u3a)
As with over 600 other u3a’s, we use Beacon as our Membership Management System.
To ease the administration of managing membership, we strongly urge members to please renew their subscriptions directly on the Beacon platform. This avoids the necessity to transfer data in to Beacon when other payment methods are used.

Additionally, as well as having no local bank branches, Lloyds Bank is now charging charities to handle cash and cheques. Because of this we would very much appreciate your paying preferably through the Beacon portal (above), else by Bank Transfer.

A final alternative is to pay by Cheque. Please write your membership number on the reverse of the cheque so that we know who to credit payment to.
The renewal invitation you will have received includes the address to which to send the cheque.
